Return and Refund Policy

Our policies were developed in accordance with German and European consumer protection laws to ensure a transparent and trustworthy shopping experience on vababazar.de.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in Germany have the right to cancel a purchase agreement within 14 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods. Toexercise your right to cancel, please contact us by email and clearly state your order number and your decision to cancel.

2. Return Policy

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or previously used consumable(such as e-cigarettes and e-liquids) may be excluded from return.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of productsthat show obvious signs of use or damage.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

3. Refund Process

As soonas we receiveand inspect the returned products, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days processed.

  • The refund will be issuedvia the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs will be reimbursed only in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by law. For defective or incorrectly delivered products, we will provide a return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send photo or video evidence to our customer service department. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the statutory warranty provisions.

6. Statutory Warranty

Under German law, consumers are entitled to a statutory warranty covering:

  • 24 months for new goods

  • 12 months for used goods

This warrantyapplies to defects that already existed at the time of delivery.

7. Non-returnable Items

  • Opened consumables or products with a broken hygiene seal

  • Custom-made or personalizedproducts

  • Gift Cards and Digital Downloads
